If you want to transfer your electricity supply you will need to obtain your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN) and you can do this in a number of ways:

Getting the MPAN from existing energy bill
If you have an existing electricity bill for your property you should be able to find your MPAN. MPAN’s are often printed at the bottom of the first page of your bill or on the reverse of the front page.

Let us obtain your MPAN on your behalf. This service is completely free and is as simple as downloading the attached form and either faxing it or email it back to us. In these circumstances we shall provide you with your full 13-digits MPAN.

MPAN from a Distribution Network Operator (DNO), Meter Point Administration Service (MPAS)
You can obtain your MPAN from the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) who is responsible for the distribution network for your area.

If you telephone the Distribution Company for your area they will be able to provide you with the 13-digit MPAN code over the telephone. In the majority of cases this should be enough information to arrange the transfer of your electricity supply. It is also worthwhile asking them to send you the information, that way you will also receive the full MPAN.

During the past few years, the price of gas has increased dramatically. There are several reasons for this, including the huge increases in oil prices and the reduction in the amount of gas fields. Unfortunately the price of gas is going to continue to be influenced by these and other factors. Although it may not be possible to reduce your gas bill at this point in time, particularly if you have agreed a fixed price, fixed term contract; we can ensure that you are not subjected to any further unnecessary increases in what you pay.
